These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TestCraft-ai mobile application and website (the “Service”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. TestCraft-ai is operated on the Igniter platform (igniterapp.com).
The Service is available to users aged 13 and above; minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent to register and to pay.
Keep your password private — you are accountable for everything done through your account. Report any suspected misuse to us at support@igniterapp.com right away.
On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.
Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on TestCraft-ai, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.
Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — TestCraft-ai never stores your card or banking information.
Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.
Please see our Refund Policy on this site for full details of when refunds apply. If approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.
Where digital content has already been meaningfully accessed or downloaded, a refund may not be available except as mandated by applicable law.
Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to TestCraft-ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.
When using the Service you must not copy or redistribute course content, circumvent payment or DRM controls, post unlawful or abusive material, or disrupt the platform’s security or normal functioning.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed, and serious breaches may result in loss of access without a refund.
The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, TestCraft-ai does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestCraft-ai is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.
These Terms are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
From time to time we may amend these Terms. Important updates will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above refreshed; by continuing to use TestCraft-ai you agree to the updated Terms.
